Charity Terms

These Charity Terms (“Charity Terms”) govern your use of the Fluffifi Welfare Hub as a registered charity, including listing in the charity directory and participating in PawPledge. They supplement the General Terms & Conditions and, together with them, form the agreement between you and Fluffifi Ltd(company no. 15793565), registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX (“Fluffifi”, “we”, “us”).

You must accept these Charity Terms when creating your charity profile. If you do not accept, you may not list your charity or receive PawPledge funds on the platform.

1. Eligibility and Registration

You must be a charity registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales, the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR), or the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland (CCNI), and provide your valid registration number.
The person creating the profile must be a trustee, employee, or volunteer authorised to act on the charity's behalf.
You must complete our identity verification (KYC) process before your charity can receive any PawPledge donations.
You must keep your charity profile information accurate and up to date at all times. Material changes send your profile back for re-review.

2. Listing and Accuracy

Your charity name, mission, cause, location, and registration number must be accurate, complete, and not misleading.
You must not misrepresent your charitable status, the use of funds, or your affiliation with any other organisation.
We reserve the right to remove or suspend any charity listing that we consider inappropriate, inaccurate, or in breach of these terms, without notice.

3. PawPledge and the Donation Pool

PawPledge is Fluffifi's commitment to donate a percentage of annual gross platform revenue to user-nominated UK animal charities. Participation is optional and requires you to explicitly opt in.
Only charities that are approved and hold a fresh, approved charity KYC are eligible to receive votes and donations.
Donations are allocated according to the published PawPledge methodology (which may include user votes and regional distribution). Fluffifi determines final allocations acting reasonably and in good faith; allocation is not guaranteed and may vary year to year.
You must provide accurate bank or payment details for receiving funds, and notify us promptly of any change.

4. Use of Funds

Funds received through PawPledge must be applied to your charitable purposes in accordance with your governing document and charity law.
You must be able to account for the use of funds received and provide confirmation on reasonable request.
You must not use Fluffifi or PawPledge to solicit funds for any purpose other than your registered charitable objects.

5. Fundraising Conduct

You must comply with the Fundraising Regulator's Code of Fundraising Practice and all applicable fundraising law.
You must not use buyer or user data obtained through Fluffifi for unsolicited marketing or any purpose other than that for which it was provided.
Any content you publish on the platform must comply with our Community Guidelines.

6. Data Processing

In providing the Welfare Hub to you, Fluffifi processes personal data as set out in our Privacy Notice and Data Processing Agreement. By accepting these Charity Terms you also accept those documents.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or remove your charity listing, or your eligibility for PawPledge, if you breach these Charity Terms, our General Terms & Conditions, or any applicable law, or if your charity registration lapses.
You may withdraw your charity profile or opt out of PawPledge at any time from your charity dashboard.

8. Liability

Fluffifi provides the Welfare Hub and PawPledge as a facility to support UK animal charities. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of any charity. You agree to indemnify and hold Fluffifi harmless from any claims, losses, fines, or expenses arising from your listing, your use of funds, your fundraising conduct, or your breach of these terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Charity Terms from time to time. We will give you at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email. Continued use of the charity features after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
