Orders, bookings & billing
- For an order or a service booking, contact the seller or provider through the app first; if you can't resolve it, use the contact form and choose the matching topic.
- Questions about Paw Pass or a payment: use the contact form with “Billing or subscription” already picked.
Safety & community
- You can report any post, reel, comment, message, or user from within the app, and block any user.
- Our Community Guidelines set out what is and isn't allowed. Every report alerts our team, and we aim to act on objectionable content or abusive behaviour within 24 hours, child-safety reports first.

- If a pet's owner has passed away and you'd like to take over their care, see caring for a pet after a bereavement. Every request is reviewed by our team before anything moves.
