Orders, bookings & billing

  • For an order or a service booking, contact the seller or provider through the app first; if you cannot resolve it, use the contact form and choose the matching topic.
  • Questions about Paw Pass or a payment go to support@fluffifi.co.uk.

Safety & community

  • You can report any post, reel, comment, message, or user from within the app, and block any user.
  • Our Community Guidelines set out what is and is not allowed. We act on reports of objectionable content or abusive behaviour within 24 hours.
