Community Guidelines

User content and behaviour - last updated: June 2026

These Community Guidelines govern everything you post or send on Fluffifi. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Notice. By creating an account and using Fluffifi you agree to them.

1. Zero-tolerance policy

By posting, sharing, sending, or uploading any content - including posts, reels and other video, photos, captions, comments, forum posts and replies, direct messages, pet and profile information, and marketplace or service listings (“User Content”) - you agree to these guidelines.

Fluffifi has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Content that breaches these guidelines will be removed, and accounts that breach them may be suspended or permanently banned, without notice.

2. Prohibited content

You must not post, share, or transmit content that:

  • is unlawful, or promotes, facilitates, or instructs unlawful acts;
  • depicts, promotes, or facilitates animal cruelty, neglect, abuse, or illegal animal trade - Fluffifi is a pet-welfare platform and this is treated with the highest seriousness;
  • is hateful, harassing, bullying, threatening, or demeans or attacks people on the basis of any protected characteristic;
  • is sexually explicit or pornographic, or sexualises minors in any way;
  • is violent, graphic, or gratuitously disturbing;
  • harasses, defames, or invades the privacy of any person, or shares someone else's private or identifying information without consent;
  • is fraudulent, deceptive, a scam, or spam;
  • infringes anyone's intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights;
  • impersonates any person or organisation, including Fluffifi staff;
  • contains malware or attempts to compromise the platform or other users;
  • offers anything illegal, or any prohibited animal, product, or service.

3. Expected behaviour

  • Treat other members, sellers, service providers, and their animals with respect.
  • Post accurate information in listings, reviews, and pet profiles.
  • Keep messages relevant and civil; do not send unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Honour the safety and welfare of any animal involved in a sale, service, or rehoming.

4. Reporting, blocking, and how we respond

  • Report: every piece of content and every user can be reported from within the app.
  • Block: you can block any user, which stops them messaging or contacting you.
  • Filtering: uploaded images and video are screened by automated moderation, and reported content is reviewed by our team.
  • Our response: we act on reports of objectionable content or abusive users within 24 hours - removing content and/or ejecting the user as appropriate.

5. Consequences

Breaching these guidelines may result in content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or permanent removal of your account, depending on severity. Serious breaches - for example animal cruelty or content sexualising minors - result in an immediate permanent ban and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

6. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to submit it. Fluffifi may remove any content and act on any account at any time to keep the community safe.
