Last updated: May 2026 - Version 1.0

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how Fluffifi Ltd uses them, and how you can manage your preferences.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, remember your preferences, and provide information to the site owner. Similar technologies include web beacons, pixels, and local storage - we refer to all of these collectively as “cookies” in this policy.

2. How We Use Cookies

We use cookies in three categories:

2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the platform to function. Without them you cannot log in, use the marketplace, or access any secure features. They do not require your consent under UK law.

ff_cookie_consentRecords your cookie consent preferenceStored on your device until you change your choice or clear your browser

2.2 Performance & Analytics Cookies

These cookies would help us understand how visitors use our platform so we can improve it. We do not currently set any analytics cookies. If we introduce them in the future, we will only do so after you give consent, and we will update this policy first.

2.3 Marketing Cookies

Currently, Fluffifi does not use third-party advertising or retargeting cookies. If we introduce them in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting them.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some third-party services embedded in our platform may set their own cookies. These are subject to the third party's own privacy and cookie policies:

  • Stripe - sets cookies to detect fraud and ensure secure payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Shopify - powers checkout and subscription billing. Shopify may set its own cookies during payment. See Shopify's Privacy Policy.
  • OpenStreetMap - provides the map tiles for our location/discovery map (rendered with the Leaflet library). When you open a map, your browser requests tiles from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address and the area being viewed. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation Privacy Policy.

You can manage your preferences in several ways:
