Everyone starts on Free. Upgrade to Paw Pass, Paw Pro, or Paw Pro+ any time - monthly or annual billing, with two months free on annual.

Marketplace & Service Hub commission (per completed sale)
Applies to every completed sale on Fluffifi - both Marketplace product listings and Service Hub service offerings (one-off services and bookable sessions). The rate is taken from the gross sale value when Shopify confirms the order.

Commission steps down as you upgrade: 15% on Free and Paw Pass, 13% on Paw Pro, and 10% on Paw Pro+ - the same rate applies to both product sales and service bookings, so high-volume sellers and providers keep more on every completed sale.
Payment processing (Stripe): about 1.5% + 20p per transaction, passed through to the seller on top of the marketplace commission.

Is Fluffifi free to use?
Yes. Everyone starts on the Free plan, and browsing the marketplace, the service hub and the knowledge hub is free. You only pay when you buy a product, book a service, or subscribe to a paid plan.
What membership plans are available?
Four plans: Free, Paw Pass for pet owners, and Paw Pro and Paw Pro+ for sellers and businesses. Paid plans can be billed monthly or annually.
What do the paid plans add?
Paw Pass adds member benefits for pet owners. Paw Pro and Paw Pro+ are aimed at sellers and businesses, with benefits such as lower marketplace commission and higher listing limits. A full row-by-row comparison is on the Upgrade page.
How much do I save with annual billing?
Annual billing gives two months free compared with paying monthly, on every paid plan.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You start on Free and can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Upgrade your plan in your account.
