Free is the plan for pet owners, and it stays free - no upgrade needed to use Fluffifi. Paw Pass, Paw Pro and Paw Pro+ are for selling: more listings, lower commission and seller tools. Monthly or annual billing, with two months free on annual. Annual plans are paid for the year upfront - cancel any time and you keep your plan until that year ends. Change your mind within 14 days of buying and we will refund you in full.
Not planning to sell? You are all set on Free - it has everything for looking after your pets. Paw Pass, Paw Pro and Paw Pro+ only add selling tools (more listings, lower commission, priority review) - nothing a pet owner needs.

Marketplace & Service Hub commission (per completed sale)
Applies to every completed sale on Fluffifi - both Marketplace product listings and Service Hub service offerings (one-off services and bookable sessions). The rate is taken from the gross sale value when the order is paid.

Selling needs a paid plan, and the rate steps down as you upgrade. It is the same on product sales and service bookings, so sellers and providers keep more of every sale as they grow.
Payment processing (about 1.5% + 20p per transaction) is absorbed by Fluffifi, not charged to you - so the commission rate above is the whole fee.

Frequently asked questions
Is Fluffifi free to use?
Yes. Everyone starts on the Free plan, and browsing the marketplace, the service hub and the knowledge hub is free. You only pay when you buy a product, book a service, or subscribe to a paid plan.
What membership plans are available?
Four plans. Free is the plan for pet owners and stays free permanently. Paw Pass, Paw Pro and Paw Pro+ are for sellers and service providers, and can be billed monthly or annually.
What do the paid plans add?
The paid plans are aimed at selling: higher listing limits, lower marketplace commission as you move up, and seller tools such as bulk listing, product bundles and courier integrations. Pet owners do not need a paid plan to use Fluffifi. A full row-by-row comparison is further down this page.
How much do I save with annual billing?
Annual billing gives two months free compared with paying monthly, on every paid plan.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You start on Free and can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Upgrade your plan in your account. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date, so you keep the plan you have paid for until then.
What happens if I cancel an annual plan part-way through?
You keep your plan until the end of the year you have paid for, and it will not renew. We do not refund unused months after the first 14 days. If you cancel within 14 days of buying, email support@fluffifi.co.uk and we will refund that payment in full.
What if my plan starts with a free trial?
The founder free month is your try-before-you-pay period: cancel any time during the free month and you are not charged, and we send you a reminder a few days before your first payment. After your first payment you still have 14 days to cancel for a refund of the unused part of that month.
