Multi-shop baskets that still convert
When a buyer orders from you and other shops in one basket, Fluffifi caps what they pay for the extra parcels and covers the difference. You are always paid your full delivery charge.
Paid straight to your bank
Buyers pay Fluffifi at checkout; Stripe pays you after a short hold. Your earnings, clearing balance and payout history are on your dashboard.

Frequently asked questions
What does delivery cost my buyers?
Whatever you set: a standard rate, an express rate, a free-over threshold, or free delivery. Buyers see it per shop in their basket before they pay, and a free-delivery shop is easier to find.
Who pays the multi-shop discount?
Fluffifi does. If a buyer orders from several shops, the dearest parcel is charged in full and the others are capped. The gap comes out of our commission, and you receive your full delivery charge.
When do I get paid?
Buyers pay at checkout and the money is held for a short period to cover returns, then paid to your bank through Stripe. Your dashboard shows what is clearing and what has been paid.
What happens if I cancel an order?
The buyer is refunded to their original payment method and the commission is reversed. If you cancel your whole parcel the delivery charge goes back too, because nothing is being posted.
What if a buyer cancels within 14 days?
Buyers have a statutory 14-day right to cancel most goods. They return the items, you confirm receipt, and Fluffifi issues the refund. If everything from your shop comes back, that parcel’s delivery is refunded as well.
