How Fluffifi works for service providers

Groomers, walkers, sitters, trainers and boarding: a verified profile, bookable services with your own availability, and payment before you turn up.

What you get

  • A verified provider profile

Your profile, photos and storefront appear to pet owners once approved. One identity check, shared with selling if you do both, and insurance details recorded.

  • Services that book themselves

List each service with a price, duration, buffer time, capacity and where it happens. Owners pick a slot that fits your working hours and time off.

  • You approve, they pay

A request shows the owner, their pets and notes. Approve it and the buyer has a payment window; the booking is confirmed only once paid.

  • Your calendar, your route

Working hours, blocked time, a read-only calendar feed for your phone, an optional link to your own calendar so busy events block bookings, and a route planner for at-home jobs.

  • Teams and boarding

Business accounts add team members with their own hours and calendar feeds and assign bookings to them. Boarding providers can lay out kennels and auto-assign stays.

  • Cancellations and payouts handled

Cancel a booking and the buyer is refunded automatically. Earnings are paid to your bank through Stripe.

  3. 3

    Connect your payouts

Stripe checks your details and holds your bank account - Fluffifi never sees it. Buyers cannot pay for a booking until this is done, so do it before your first listing goes live.

Frequently asked questions

Can someone else cover my booking?

A solo provider is booked personally, so no substitutes. A business account adds team members and assigns bookings to them.

When is a booking confirmed?

After you approve the request and the buyer pays within the payment window. Until then the slot is not committed.

What if I have to cancel?

Cancel from your dashboard and the buyer is refunded automatically. Repeated late cancellations affect your standing, so keep your calendar current.

Do I need insurance?

Your insurance provider, policy and expiry are recorded during verification and kept current. Owners can see that you are covered.
