How Fluffifi works for vets

Free for practices: an RCVS-checked listing on the vet map, owners who link their pets to you, and a daily digest of new client requests, with no marketing spend.

What you get

  • A verified practice listing

Clinic, hospital or mobile vet, checked against your RCVS registration once. Approved practices appear on the map and in every owner’s Health hub near you.

  • Owners link their pets to you

When an owner adds a pet they are asked which practice it is registered with. They ask, you confirm, and the pet shows a confirmed badge for your practice.

  • Client requests in one queue

New link requests arrive in a queue on your practice page and in a daily email digest you can switch off. Requests expire after 30 days if untouched.

  • Health records that travel

Owners keep vaccinations, weight, medication and documents on Fluffifi and can share them with the practice their pet is linked to.

  • Expert status, free to apply for

Apply for Knowledge expert status to publish guides under your practice name. Like the listing, it costs nothing.

  • Selling is optional, and paid

Everything above is free. If your practice also wants to sell products in the marketplace or take bookings for services through Services, that is a separate step: it needs a paid plan and carries commission on each sale, the same as any seller or service provider.

Frequently asked questions

Does it cost anything?

Not for the practice. Registration, verification, the map listing, client links, health-record sharing and expert status are free and stay free. The only paid part is optional: selling products or taking bookings for services needs a paid plan and carries commission on each sale, just like any other seller or service provider.

Can we sell products or offer bookable services?

Yes, as an extra. Products are sold through the marketplace and bookable services through Services. Both need one of the paid plans (Paw Pass, Paw Pro or Paw Pro+), and commission applies to each sale. Your verified vet listing stays free whether or not you sell anything.

What do we have to provide to be verified?

Practice type, RCVS registration number, the responsible vet, a VPP number where it applies, identity and proof of address, and bank details.

What happens when an owner links a pet to us?

You see the request in your client queue and in the daily digest. Confirm it and the owner sees a confirmed badge. Decline or ignore it and it expires after 30 days.

Can we stop the digest emails?

Yes. Tick "Do not email me about client requests" on your practice page; the queue on Fluffifi keeps working.
